宁夏索特科新型器件有限公司位于银川市高新技术开发区（国家 级），前身由北京电子管厂1969年搬迁包建，系原电子工业部直属半导体器件生产企业（4430厂），1985年起专注于声表面波滤波器、谐振器、传感器等声表面波器件的研制开发与生产销售，具有完善的科研、生产、销售及技术服务体系，工艺与检验试验设备齐全，在声表面波器件领域拥有深厚的技术积累和丰富的行业经验。
公司组建有“宁夏新型声表面波滤波器研发创新团队”（银川市），与北方民族大学等联合组建了“新型功能晶体及器件研发创新团队”（宁夏）、“宁夏回族自治区声光晶体材料创新联合体”，是北方民族大学“研究生实践基地”和宁夏回族自治区科协“专家院士工作站”、“助力创新示范基地”，拥有《多信道声表面波滤波器》、《通信用低插损声表面波滤波器、双工器》等多项核心发明专利，在稳定提供量产通用声表面波器件产品的同时，还可以根椐用户要求设计制造特定指标的声表面波器件产品，提供可满足特殊需求的定制化服务。

Ningxia SAWTech Co., Ltd. is located in the Yinchuan High-Tech Industrial Development Zone (National Level). Its predecessor was established in 1969 through the relocation and construction of the Beijing Electron Tube Factory, originally a military and semiconductor device production enterprise (Factory 4430) directly under the Ministry of Electronics Industry. Since 1985, the company has focused on the research, development, production, and sales of surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices, including filters, resonators, and sensors. With a comprehensive system for research, production, sales, and technical services, as well as complete process and testing equipment, the company has accumulated profound technical expertise and extensive industry experience in the field of SAW devices.
The company has established the "Ningxia New Surface Acoustic Wave Filter R&D Innovation Team" (Yinchuan City) and, in collaboration with North Minzu University and other institutions, has jointly formed the "New Functional Crystal and Device R&D Innovation Team" (Ningxia) and the "Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Acousto-Optic Crystal Materials Innovation Consortium." It serves as the "Graduate Student Practice Base" for North Minzu University and the "Expert Academician Workstation" and "Innovation Demonstration Base" of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Association for Science and Technology. The company holds multiple core invention patents, including "Multi-Channel Surface Acoustic Wave Filter" and "Low Insertion Loss Surface Acoustic Wave Filter and Duplexer for Communication." While stably supplying mass-produced general SAW devices, the company can also design and manufacture SAW devices with specific indicators based on customer requirements, providing customized services to meet special needs.
