It takes up with researching,manufacturing high frequency SAWF(surfaceacoustic wave filter) of mobile phone, surface acoustic wave duplexer forwireless telephone and intermediate frequency SAWF of televisions and other SAW devices. We have ten main patent rights about SAWF, such as low-loss surface wave intermediate frequency filters and surface acoustic wave duplexer for wireless telephone.
Our company was a former Military Industry enterprise mainly produced semiconductor devices and directly affiliated to the former Ministry of Electronics Industry.
